Once you’re sign up and get approved as a service provider, you’ll start receiving requests in real-time via the Rofix app. When a motorist in need of assistance is nearby, you’ll be notified through the app with all the details, including the type of service required, location, price, and other relevant information.

Payments for services are processed securely through the Rofix platform. Once you complete a service, the payment will be processed, and you’ll receive your earnings at the same time.

If you are unable to fulfill a service request, you can decline it through the app.
